What we do

The meeting day is Tuesday (not on public holidays), at 21:00 hrs.

In these evenings, internal communications about projects in progress are given, reports on exhibitions, new suggestions and so on are done. After this, the viewing of images presented by members or the selection of images concerning teamworks takes place. These are the moments when we can exchange comments, information and suggestions.

Every year, usually between May and June or between September and October, we offer the basic classes on photography: 12 lectures on theory, some trips for group work and some dark room sessions, making the first steps into photography and learning the basic rules and terms.

The basic classes are supported during the year by "advanced classes", which may consist of a workshop or a series of few lessons, taught by professors of photography or renowned photographers. We have often other clubs as guests, inviting them to bring their works and, if it pleases, we return the favor. We also host professional or recognized photographers.

Almost every year we develop some team job on assignment for external subjects. For example, we did images of the castle of Valvasone, styled a calendar for the association "Anche noi a cavallo", covered the commemoration of the "Battle of Camolli" (the images are in the works section of the photos).

We expose our work in August in simultaneity with the “Purliliesi” celebrations, or in special exhibitions like the one organized by Pordenonelegge.it or FIAF for the project "Images of Taste". Our archives exhibitions can also be organized on request.

Quite often, trips to do group shooting are organized, simply for doing what we like together.
